We will meet outside the Panormou metro station and I will take you to my house, just a minute away. When we get home, I will offer you a welcome drink, as well as some traditional Greek meze, and we will get  to know each other. After this introduction, we will start cooking. First, we will prepare the dough that will later become the phyllo of our pie. Next, we will prepare the cheese filling, and we will learn how to actually roll out the dough in to thin layers. After constructing the pie, and while we wait for it to bake, you will also learn how to make a salad and a tzatziki. After the cooking class, we will  enjoy all of our creations sharing stories of gastronomy and travel!
